Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and payment terms
The cancellation policy applies from the moment of registration or when booking an appointment, regardless of when payment is made. When you book an appointment or register for a class, course or workshop, you undertake to pay the full cost. Payment for classes and workshops must, without exception, be made before the activity begins, either in cash or via online payment.
For appointments at the practice, payment is to be made at the end of the appointment, either by Bancontact, bank transfer or cash. If you are paying in cash, please provide the exact amount. If you pay for multiple classes using a class pass, the remaining classes will be added to a digital class pass. You can track your class pass balance online and register for classes via the Momoyoga website or app. All class passes are valid for 6 months. Extensions may be granted in exceptional cases upon individual request and with supporting documentation (e.g. a doctor’s note) for medical reasons.
The following applies to group yoga classes: refunds are only possible if you cancel in good time (4 hours in advance) or if the class is cancelled by the organisers. If you cancel in good time, your paid class will automatically be converted into a credit that you can use later for a new class, or the session will be added back to your class pass. If you would like a refund*, please send an email to naarposthof.yoga@telenet.be. No refund is available for missed classes that were not cancelled, or not cancelled in time.
The following applies to workshops and course series: a full refund* is only possible if you notify us of your absence in writing by email at least 30 calendar days in advance. For cancellations made between 14 and 30 calendar days before the start date, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. For cancellations made between 7 and 14 calendar days in advance, you will be charged 50% of the fee. For later cancellations, or if you do not cancel or do not attend, you will be charged 100% of the course fee. Exceptions may be considered only upon presentation of proof of (medical) force majeure.
The following applies to appointments at the practice: for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 30% of the session fee will apply. For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or in the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, unless there are exceptional medical or personal circumstances. Please always contact us personally in the event of cancellations.
Terms and Conditions
It is extremely important to show respect and consideration for yourself, the instructor, the surroundings, the materials used and the other participants, both during and after the activities, so that our sessions can always take place in a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
All activities start punctually. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start so that you can take your seat in peace. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee your participation and/or the full duration of the session. Please remain silent during the classes and do not disturb other participants. If you are attending a group class for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes before the start and register with the instructor.
Equipment and supplies: Unless otherwise stated, all equipment provided remains the property of the provider. For the yoga classes, we recommend using your own yoga mat. A few yoga mats are available on loan. We ask that you put the mats away clean after use. Please ensure you bring a towel with which you can clean the mat. An extra cushion or blanket may come in handy during the yoga classes.
Health advice: We believe it is extremely important to be transparent about our approach and what we can and cannot do for you. We encourage you to voice any doubts or questions you may have; it is your right to be fully informed so that you can make the right decisions in the best interests of your health. If you are currently suffering from a physical injury, are being treated for acute (post-traumatic) stress, mental health conditions, or any other relevant physical or mental condition, please ensure you inform us at all times. Please consult your doctor or therapist before commencing lessons or consultations.
The classes and consultations are not intended to replace necessary medical care, but are designed to complement it by promoting prevention and expanding your available resources for (self-)care, physical health and mental resilience. Respect yourself, your own body and your limits. If you are unsure whether the suggested exercises are suitable for you, or if you have questions about how to perform them correctly or about possible adaptations, always consult the therapist or instructor. Consult a doctor immediately if you experience pain or other medical problems. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur, nor are we liable for any physical or psychological injuries that may or may not be causally linked to the performance of the movements, suggested exercises and activities during the classes or consultations.
