If you recognise yourself in one or more of these points, this group course might be just the thing for you.'ReConnect & Release 2.0' is an 8-week programme in which you increase the capacity of your nervous system in a manageable, non-invasive way.

Approach
There are many different approaches to stress and wellbeing. These range from a focus on rational approaches, thinking according to a prescribed model or endlessly seeking new insights, to extreme methods such as ice baths. These techniques can certainly have beneficial effects in the short term, but unfortunately they are often too good to be true, too intense, not integrated, one-sided or not tailored to your individual capacity.
To ensure lasting results, we will gradually transform the nervous system through repetition, predictability, and a sense of safety, in small, achievable steps.
This programme is a blend of scientific insight and direct experience. It is based on Integrative Psychotherapy (I.V.), mindfulness and yoga, reinforced by the groundbreaking principles of Polyvagal Theory (Stephen Porges), Somatic Experiencing (Peter Levine) and the integral work of Irene Lyon.
Throughout the programme, daily exercises are provided, each taking around 15 minutes. This is combined with four theory sessions and four coaching sessions in which I guide you. All theory sessions are also recorded and shared with you later, so you can work entirely at your own pace.
What can you expect after 8 weeks?
- You understand the basics of stress, emotion and trauma, and how they relate to the nervous system.
- You’ll find there’s more space between the stimulus and the response.
- You feel less irritable, find yourself making fewer aggressive remarks, and are better able to set your boundaries.

You have greater body awareness. You have learnt to read your body’s language and to interpret the information behind emotional signals correctly.
This enables you to cope with emotions (including those of others) without feeling overwhelmed. - You feel more in touch with yourself, and you’re also able to communicate more clearly with others.
- You have learnt to overcome your fear, paralysis or withdrawal.
- You will be better able to cope with stressful situations and manage your stress more effectively.
